Alpaca fiber naturally adapts to weather conditions. If it gets wet from rain or snow it will not shrink, will not get damaged and will not develop odor. Simply let it air dry flat.

Is your alpaca wool soft or does it itch?

Our sweaters and ponchos are soft and do not itch thanks to the way they are knitted. Some pieces with a higher sheep wool content may feel slightly textured on very sensitive skin ā€” wearing a light layer underneath solves this completely. Our 100% baby alpaca pieces are exceptionally soft.
